Our apartments go through an extensive process in order to be made ready for the next guest. We paint each apartment, have it professionally cleaned, and steam and sanitize the carpet (or replace if needed). Our maintenance team will then go through the apartment and inspect, checking for any issues that need to be resolved. Our Community Attendant then prepares the apartment for your move in, providing one final cleaning. Our Community Consultant team will inspect the apartment prior to move in as well to ensure any repairs are made before you move in.
You can submit a request online via your portal and by calling, emailing or stopping by the office.
If it is during business hours, we can provide you with a key to your home. If you are locked out after business hours, a locksmith would need to be called at your expense.
Playground, swimming pool, fitness center, library, Adventure Center - after school enrichment program, grill and picnic areas.
Yes we allow both cats and dogs up to 30 lbs.
Stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal. All apartment homes have washer/dryer hook-ups. 
The affordable application process is extensive. The amount of time depends greatly on the speed with which all supporting documents are received. 
Credit card, debit card, ACH via online portal, check. Money orders are not accepted as a form of payment. 
No, miminum $100,000 liability coverage is strongly recommended.
Yes, we provide an early termination option.
We provide a service called Updater that will help you with setting up all of your utilities. We will set up water for you on your behalf.
No utilities included in rent.
