Walton Ridenour recently completed a thoughtful, community-wide renovation, giving its one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes a refreshed look and feel. Step inside and you'll find nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, large windows that fill each room with natural light, generous walk-in closets, and energy-efficient appliances. A breakfast serving bar makes mornings a little easier, and relaxing garden tubs turn the end of a long day into something to look forward to. With floor plans like The Azalea, The Arbor, The Bulloch and The Chattahoochee, there's a layout ready to become your favorite place to be.

Where Adventure Begins After the Bell

When the school day ends, the fun is just getting started. Our complimentary Adventure Center offers after-school enrichment for resident children in grades K–5, run on-site by Mission 1:27, our nonprofit partner. Tucked right next to the playground, it's a place for homework help, reading and learning, creative activities, and plenty of time to play with friends. Volunteer literacy mentors spend time each week helping kids discover a love of reading. Older students have a space of their own, too, at the Adventure Teen Center. For parents, it means more peace of mind and fewer trips across town. For kids, it simply means adventure, just steps from home.

Our Lifestyle Coordinator fills the calendar with events throughout the month, from back-to-school celebrations to the annual Halloween costume parade. Walton Communities has been locally owned and managed since 1989, and we listen closely. Every resident survey is read by our on-site team, our community support office and our owners, and we respond to each one.
